1. What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping for all orders within India is Free. Please note, for the international orders Fedex rates are applied.
2. How long will it take for the order to reach me?

– Easy/Ready-to-Wear Sarees: 7–8 working days
– With Blouse Stitching: 8–10 working days
🚚 Shipping Timelines (Post Dispatch):
Domestic:
– Free Shipping: 5–7 working days
– Express Shipping: 3–4 working days
International:
– Free Shipping: 12–14 days(Kindly note: tracking isn’t available as the parcel moves through multiple country postal services.)
– Express Shipping: 6–7 days
Kindly note: Timelines may slightly vary due to external courier factors, but we always aim to deliver at the earliest. 💛
3. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery time. If the package has not reached to you the expected delivery date, please write to us at panaashsaree@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
4. What should you order for the fastest delivery and when will you receive it?
Fastest Sarees Delivery ✨
Our Quick Ship Sarees are the quickest option, dispatched within 2 working days. If you choose Express Shipping:
- India: 4–5 days
- International: 6–7 days

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by stylebypanaash and accept stylebypanaash's decision regarding the cancellation.
🌍 Important Note: Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or wars are beyond our control. Since each saree is customised for you, cancellations will not be possible once the order is placed.

- Order Processing & Shipment:All orders are processed within 5–6 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via our trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp once your shipment is dispatched.
- Delivery Attempts:Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts for each shipment at the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.
- Address & Contact Information:Customers are requested to carefully review and provide the correct shipping address and contact number at checkout. The registered mobile number is crucial, as it is used for delivery updates and OTP verification at the time of delivery.
- Changes to Address or Phone Number:Any changes to the shipping address or contact number must be requested before dispatch.Once the order has been shipped, we will make every effort to update the details with the courier partner; however, we cannot guarantee that such changes will be successful.
- Undelivered Shipments:If the shipment is not successfully delivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery Charges:If you wish to have the shipment delivered again after it is returned to us, a re-delivery charge of ₹300 (Pan India) will be applicable. This charge must be paid before the order is reshipped.
- Customer Responsibility:Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the courier’s attempts. Any delays due to incorrect addresses, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package may result in additional charges.

*Lost Shipments:
At Style by Panaash, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, in the rare event that a shipment is lost by our courier partner, the following options are available:
1. Refund Option:You may choose to wait for a refund, which will be processed within 20–25 business days from the date of reporting the lost shipment.
2. Replacement Option:Alternatively, you can opt to receive the same saree again, subject to availability. The replacement will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
